The St. George’s Club announced the next
part of the development project with the construction of Phase II – the new
“Hillside” to partner with the current “Greenside” cottages. Eight (8) new
two-bedroom lock-off configuration (part of the unit can be separated) units
are to be built opposite the current units near the second tee of the golf
course. The views from the location are magnificent with nearly 360°
panoramic scenes from the rising of the sun over St. George’s harbour to its
setting beside the old Royal Navy Dockyard. These units will be fully
equipped with state of the art technology and high-speed internet access. A
private pool and whirlpool will also be built within the project. We have
these plans currently on hold due to the economic climate but will review
this status annually.
