Griffin’s Bistro and Bar at The St. George’s Club is open for lunch and dinner every day of the week except Wednesday. On Sunday during the cooler months (November until June), we also have the most spectacular extended Brunch 3:00 pm - the “Feast in the East” that is rated as one of the best on the island and in the summer we host a casual evening barbeque (BBQ) around the main pool. Breakfast is also available on Saturday morning.

We serve a wide variety of food but pride ourselves in the fact that Chefs Angelino and Pam and their staff use only fresh ingredients and make everything on property whenever possible.

Griffin’s is located, in the main Club House of The St. George’s Club, high above the UNESCO World Heritage site of the old town of St. George and offers breathtaking views of its historic harbour.   It is an ideal place for that casual quiet dinner during the week and our menu is organised to be affordable.

Griffin’s Bar is also a great place to unwind after work whether it be round the pool bar in the summer or sitting around the fire in the lounge and Chris Smith, our Food and Beverage Manager, from Oban in Scotland, is also building up what is considered to be one of the best Single Malt Whiskey collections on the island so the trip to St. George’s is well worth the effort.

Griffin’s can also offer a unique location for any private function including your staff Christmas Party with the option of a complete accommodation package in our self-contained cottages that sleep up to seven people to avoid the drive home.

Our new Malt Whisky Bar is also something to try with a huge selection of Single Malts from all over Scotland.
